NTC offers consulting services including but not limited to Segmental Tunnel Construction, Rib and Lagging, New Austrian Tunneling Method (NATM), Pipe Jacking, and Horizontal Directional Drilling.
On site NTC personnel are available with specialized skill sets relating to Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) Operation and Guidance, Maintenance and Parts, Shotcrete Design, Concrete Spraying, and Ground Conditioning Products and Application Systems.
Our specialists are also trained and experienced to work with multi-purpose, state-of-the-art surveying equipment.
NTC is a member of the Tunneling Association of Canada and the Canadian Association of Trenchless Technology.
NTC can supply ground engaging tools such as Soft Ground Face Rippers and Hard Rock Disc Cutters.

The size and arrangement or retaining hardware will have to be specified at the time of order.

Neutrino Tunnelling has experience in NATM / SEM tunnels in challenging geotechnical conditions and have staff who can provide site based NATM inspectors and engineering oversight during tunnel construction. We have expertise in the interpretation of monitoring data to optimise excavation and support activities.
Our staff also have expertise in sprayed concrete technology. Recent projects include construction support for multiple NATM tunnels in weak rock and squeezing ground conditions beneath frozen ground.
NTC can provide technical support personnel to tunnelling projects. Our highly trained and experience personnel can be dispatched globally to diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic and mechanical malfunctions.
NTC’s PLC technicians have experience with Allen Bradley, Omron and Siemens automation and controls systems.
Mechanical and Hydraulic technicians can be provided under short or long term agreements, bringing an extensive amount of services to assist with TBM assembly commissioning and operation.
TBM operation and operator training can be provided. NTC’s operators have experience with tunnel guidance systems, ZED, VMT and TACS.
